BLADES QUARTET UP FOR LOAN

Four veteran players have been made available for loan by Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock.

Defenders Chris Lucketti, Alan Wright and David Unsworth, along with striker Neil Shipperley - all aged over 32 - have been offered to Football League clubs in advance of Thursday's loan transfer deadline.

Unsworth and Wright are the only ones of the quartet to have featured in the Barclays Premiership this season and Warnock admitted he is willing to listen to offers.

"Because of the loan deadline later this week we have alerted a few clubs, letting them know that these players are available," he told the club's website, www.sufc.co.uk.
